The Origins project is a luxury residential complex consisting of 18 upscale villas, located near a educational campus and surrounded by picturesque nature. The project embodies the "soft brutalism" aesthetic, combining raw natural materials with cozy and vibrant elements, creating a perfect balance between comfort and sophistication. The architectural style of the project was inspired by the movie "Dune", though the unique design of the villas doesn’t have direct analogs. The project is designed to provide residents with a luxurious lifestyle, offering villas in two- and three-bedroom configurations. The three-bedroom villas include an additional guest house that can be customized to meet the buyer’s needs, whether for additional bedrooms, staff accommodation, or storage. Floor plans can be adapted, such as expanding the guest house with an extra floor or rooms. Each villa has expansive living areas, with only half of the land occupied by buildings, ensuring ample outdoor space for relaxation and privacy.

Construction of Origins is set to begin in September 2024, with tree relocation efforts already underway to preserve the local environment. The project is divided into two phases: the first phase includes 18 villas, while the second phase will add 22 more villas. Tree relocation is being conducted in collaboration with Nirvana, ensuring that all trees are transplanted to new locations, reflecting the project's eco-conscious approach.
